I dont own one, I dont even own an INJEN, But i reckon this is a load of BS, Unless you plan to turn the DC5 into a submarine like that NSX in the previous thread i wouldnt think that something like this is necessary, Hyrdolock is something that happens to 1 in every 1,000,000 cars ide imagine so if i was you ide save your $30 & go Bada Bing!
I used to have an Injen CAI and was thinking about getting one of those, but I think they're just a waste of money. If you're going to get so wet you'll get hydrolocked then I don't think a little cover will protect you.

hmmm i see, i was given the impression that hydrolocking was pretty common with the injen CAI which is why i brought this up after coming across this product.
I've read that you need to have the whole pod submerged in water before you can get hydrolocked, meaning if you're that deep in water you'd have to be pretty worried.
ppl always say that bout my cold air...wat if u suck up water ..wont it hydro lock....but like wat m@lew said ...if ur that deep under water u got to be worried...whole front end would have to be submerged lol
