Is the Type S and Luxury parts the same?

Just from pics etc i have come to notice that the seats rear and front bar are the same.....differences outside include the wheels, the rear apron spolier on the type s, side skirts......

so in theory can the seats front and rear bar for a 05 luxury fit a 05 type S?

my side driver airbag went off, so i either buy just the airbag or get the exact same seat, hence why i was asking if the type s and luxury share the same seats, coz i does look like they do...
