    hmmm, well a proper VTEC crossover should not be very noticable.

    and should certainly not be "harsh"...

      The cam switching function of the CamFC allows you to optimize your cam switching point to suit your modifications, further enhancing mid range Power and removing holes in the power curve.

      For non-adjustable cam vehicles, the CamFC can be used for its AFC and Tachometer features while the cam trigger output can be used as an RPM switch for a shiftlight, high boost solenoid, NOS etc.

      * Onboard VTEC/Mivec Controller
      * Real-Time Digital Tachometer
      * High Speed RISC Processor
      * Supplied with all accessories
      * Aluminum Casing
      * Dot Matrix display

        Yup... I know the one you're talking about...
        Looks pretty much the same as all other Vtec / Fuel controlers except you can't change the load sites.
        Being fixed every 500rpm is not so helpful.
        Being able to narrow the range where you need it is a big advantage.
        This is where the VAFCII shines over the other units out there,
        12 adjustable loads site for both low & high cam...
        Neo isn't as good IMO with fewer total sites.

            vafc was $300 second hand last time i heard!

            spending over 600 means you should go the extra steps and get Hondata or PowerFC!!!!

              No... I would not highly recommend any piggyback system.
              Honestly they're all rubbish.
              But IMO, the VAFC II is the best of a bad bunch
              (so to speak)

              You're better off spending a little more & getting a programable ECU tuing solution.
              Be that, Hondata, Link G4, Vipec, Haltech etc etc

                  Power FC works fine on Honda...
                  It's a plug in for your car... OBD2a....
                  Laptop programable & deliveres reasonable results.
                  Hard to find new though...
