    Faceflit DC5 aftermarket ECU options

anybody know what aftermarket ECU would work on an Facelift AU DC5S or Facelift JDM DC5R.

I know that the kpro doent work on it, u need to change to the old prefacelift ecu.

kpro is wayyy too expensive.. lol

        umm emanage ultimate too?

those are the cheaper alternatives! otherwise if u got the cashflow get k100 or kpro for sure!

i would assume so! just works as a piggyback ecu.. like the hondata really but just made universal to most cars, not like hondata which is just for hondas, so the timing and everything mite be a lil better with hondata... but it is way too expensive..

so i would say for the type s, haltech is a really good alternative!

the type S has to change some kind of o2 sensor i think? when hondata is used, u might need to look into that as well

yeah, unless our exchange rate goes back to 0.90AUD+ = 1.00 USD like it used to be, ill probably be going with haltech!

now im just praying our money goes up! hehe

not just that but the hole ecu needs to be changed to the pre facelift model.

Wondering how much the haltech platinum sport 1000 costs

I spoke to Haltech in weatherill park and they said in about 6 weeks they will have a Platinum Sport 1000 w/ plug n Play loom for the facelift dc5 and it should retail at $1700 but the tuner should sort out a better price.

                      Woot!!
