Standard Beeping noise DC5 - Removal

Hey DC5 owners

Has anyone removed that annoying beeping noise in your DC5 which beeps when you: leave key in ignition, No seat belt, start engine, etc etc..

I've tried searching this but couldnt find anything on how to remove the noise... (sorry if a repost)

Anyways, let me know how to do so

Get a DC5R then you only have to deal with the beeping when the key is in the ignition and the door is open.

lol^^ removing the noise from no seat belt is not recommended...

it is a simple blue wire snip on a DC2...

I was thinking about this the other day. If a type-s owner used a racing harness on track and the seat belt was unbuckled then the car would beep like crazy!!
Guessing DC5R doesn't have this problem?

nah it doesnt, just shows a little light on the dash

just get the buckle without the belt from wreckers and put it on when u are using the racing harness, no more light on the dash too..
