Valid point ChargeR. I will need to double check my alignment settings after my coilovers were installed.

u can get extra camber and toe from OEM tie rods if u trim them.

      I did that for mine.

So effectively you were cutting off thread from the tie rod?

Care to share how much you cut off and how much camber/toe you achieved?

Not a bad idea at all considering with the aftermarket tie rod ends you don't screw them all the way in anyways.

Both whtdc2 and myself have performed this modification too. The thread on the tie rod needs to be cut further up also. See this post for more information: LINK

What sort of mods would that have needed? I'm intrigued.

It would have needed -2 to -3 degrees of camber front and rear and rolled guards. If you run a smaller 235/40 tyre you would be able to run lower than that car with less camber .

only tie rod end was cut shorter, steering rod was left the same.

was only after 3deg camber which is what i got.

I think 10mm was cut off the tie rod ends.

just remember hieght of the car has an affect on how much you need to trim etc.

I've seen a NEAR perfect set of rims... style, color, width, offset... EVERYTHING!

                              17x8 +30... I'm seriously contemplating them... Anyone want some white Weds SA90's (17x8 +35)?

You think they'll fit without much hassel Tom? I've noticed Didz is running 16x8 +30 and -1.8 front and -0.7 rear. Only really worried about the front, as i've read you can only dial in so much front camber, i know i can dial a fair bit of camber in the rear. I would probably run 224/45's (Unless you think there is something better) and i have Tein SS with Whiteline rear camber bushes at the back.

You shouldnt have a problem as the difference in size is .1 of an inch larger with 17" and 225/45 so basically, if stock wheels fit on ur car, these should as well.
