Ok there is the choice of 17x8+42 or 17x8+22.
what would be best to fit..(not stupid flush but tidy looking and fill the guards)

      17 x 8 +22

      17 x 8 +42 will look quite weak on dc5

OK guys, i'm about to buy a spacer just for the rear of the car. I cannot justify paying the frieght for a pair of 8.5" advan in gold from Japan, as well as it being UBER RARE!

Just gonna get fitment in the rear to be flush via a spacer.

So the rear wheels are 17x7.5 +29 with a 215/40 tyre

There is about a finger gap from guard to tyre. I'm unsure of what sized spacer, but most likely I will get a 10mm spacer. I jsut want the wheel to be flush to the guard, also the camber degree is currently -0.55.

What are your opinions of a 10mm spacer?

Here's what my car looks like with the 8.5" at teh front and 7.5" in the rear.

            Ok, here is the latest...
Im now looking at the same wheels my mate was looking at.. In the end he said he didn't really like them..

I am getting a Paint and Panel place to roll my guards for $70 for both rears thats a good price. And he does quality work.

So the questions still stands, specs are 17x8+42 or 17x8+22. No rear camber kits but will have rolled guards...

              +22.

lowering your car cambers it in naturally so you should be right.

+1. With a 225/45 or 215/45 they should fit nicely.

Might be getting a set of 17x9+15

                                Comments on that fitment?
currently have no guard mods and -1 camber at fronts and close to none of the rear.
obviously ill have to roll my guards ect, but just looking for opinions on practicality. cheers
