I am thinking of running a 17x9.5 +35 up front with my +20mm J's Front guards do you think that will fit with a little negative camber?

Are you still on RSX suspension or do you have the JDM LCA and brembo conversion? If you are on Brembos that will be fine, but if you still have Type S knuckles/LCAs then I would go for a lower offset to make sure the wheel/tyre clears the coilover. Anything between +30 and +20 should be fine with a 255/40. I am running 17x9.5 +15 with 275/40 and -5 camber on stock pulled guards.

I agree with ChargeR's comments, in that if you're still on a stock RSX suspension, something more aggressive than a 9.5 +35 is warranted to avoid hitting the inner strut, especially if you choose to use a 'bigger' tyre (and not stretch a 215 over the 9.5" rim).
I'm running 17x9.5" +24 with about -4.6 degrees of camber and it clears my stock front guards whilst running a 255/40/17 AD07.Official ClubITR Sponsor: www.autosphere.com.au - For all your maintenance, oils and track needs.
