DC5 Brake Lights not working...

Hey guys, A guy told me my brake lights aren't working and he was right.

I checked the bulbs and all the fuses in the engine bay and all seems fine.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Help would be great.

might be the brake switch located on the mounted on the brake pedal under the dash

A couple questions...

Firstly is it the rear tail lights that dont work, ie. the red lights that come on when u turn ur parkers and low/high beams on?
Or do the rear tail lights come on however the actual brake light (when applying the brakes) that dont work?

Sounds like a brake light switch to me. DC5s run a dual filament bulb. If your tailoghts light up but the brake lights don't then you will probably need a new brake light switch.
