What connector is this ?

Hey guys,

was finding my parker that i drop inside and found this connector that was unplug???? its a light blue color that seems to be cable tied to the chassis frame behind my HID ballast, couldnt find a connection for it though. Wonder what connection this is ? this is on a dc5r lol

i noticed it too, only a couple of weeks ago actually when changing my passenger side headlight bulb, i found a connecter that was just hanging around. everything works ok so i spose its ment to do nothing, interesting hey
