    Performance mods

Hi guys, New to this forum but definately not new to automotive forums.

    I have a 07 Ford BFMk11 F6 ute, and my girl has a 03 Integra (maybe 05)...not a type R, just the normal one.

She wants to get abit more outta it performance wise and of course i havta do it.....and being a ford man this is hard for me...lol!!

So wats the go, Exhaust, tune, injectors, cats, cam????

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Regards
    WiLL!!

    welcome aboard will

on the base model, i'd go with an injen (or similar) CAI, jdm dc5r header/cat/exhaust and leave it at that. any more and you're seriously better off selling it and buying the dc5r.

would definitely go for suspension mods too, starting with the rear sway bar. the OEM tyres are dismal too, so i'd replace them as well.

How much more is she wanting? What is the general budget?

An SRI would be better suited to throttle response rather than CAI...

Mugen twin loop exhaust? Not too loud either.

                    Hey Will

I had a base integra as well.
Through many owners i ended up with Noodlemans CAI hehehe (Still on the car).
It was good, i noticed a gain (well has a nice sound to it) i think.

The funny thing is that i'm a ford person myself.
I love the sedan FPV F6 but did not get one due to price and very heavy on petrol.
                    Welcome

Go get a AEM or the likes CAI.
If the clutch needs doing, get a light weight flywheel.
Some average headers as mentioned above somewhere, and a Mandrel bent catback with a nice sounding muffler. All you can do really...

I'd spend the 2K on coilovers myself

                            intake will do
for most ppl if its louder its also faster.
                            I GUARENTEE IT!

Or you could just put NOS on it LOL (even though it would probably kill her car)

Seriously though intake & exhaust will do. Should keep the woman content for a while.

i know its not what you asked but just sell it and by a type R, after 6 months of owning a base she'll want one anyway
