mild port clean-up and potential

hi guys,

recently i've done some DIY mild port and valve throat clean-ups. Picture below.

here's the flowbench chart comparing stock ITR ports and modded ports tested at 10" H20.



I have also done a 45,45,30 3-angle valve job on it.

The head is to be combined with Type-R cams.

What you guys think of the improved head flow will benefit the cams?

Step up to a bigger cam.

At least you didnt go backwards, but as long as each cylinder is flowing the same your time wasnt wasted, but can you pick up impressive gains in flow just from good valve jobs. Did you cc the chambers while you were at it?
