engine looks wet

my engine looks abit wet, looks like as though its leaking oil or something O_O theres a patch of it near the cap.. not sure what it is tho.. anyone have a clue?

left over oil from a previous oil change?
just wipe it clean and see if it comes back

If it's only around the filler cap area, I'm pretty sure this is your answer...
