Review: Motul Gear FF Competition 75w - 140

Been meaning to change my fluids for a while now and finally got around to doing it.

I recently recieved my Motul products through Motoquip in Burwood Westfields.

There was mixed opinions as to whether the Motul 300 was a suitable application to the LSD DC2R. Many people on this forum thought so.

Never the less; I was recommended the above for both an improvement in everyday driving and also track. I was told it was one of the best gearbox fluid you could get for this car.

I will be getting both the gearbox fluid & brake fluid changed early next week.

    Will keep you posted!

I just changed my Fluid to Motul FF today.

The gear change is nice and smooth from start up.

              Very nice.

But questions is how long will it feel like this.

Will go to track on Fri and give my feeling on that as well.

Motul FF-LSD type2 - This is different to the one I will be running.

I was told similar things about this oil. Excellent for daily use but can not withstand track temperatures.

This competition blend should be different
