Brake Fluid

Hey all,

I changed my brake fluid to Elf 8 months ago when i put my pads in... its had about 3000kms road travel, and 2 trakc days in that time... question is how often do you think i need to change brake fluid?

Im not sure on the specific period... but I was told when the fluid gets dark and murky.

I am changing to Motul RBF600 next week. Will let you know how it goes.

when it "stops working properly" is when you should change it.

unfortunatly you will only know when it stops working properly, when it stops working properly (obviously!!!)

but you dont want this to happen, so change it every 6 months or so... (or as your service manual advises if you do not track it.)
