    header specs

    Hey guys
for some brands eg maximworks, mugen, 5zigen etc
theres a seperate header model for
    ek9/dc2 96spec and dc2 98 spec

would ek9/dc2 96 fit on ours without any mods?

what would be the difference in terms of fitment/perf
because the pipe sizes never vary

    thanks in advance
    mike

    For AUDM DC2 Type R & others,
    Use EK9/DC2 96 Spec headers.
The difference is generally the rear hanger.
The 98 Spec headers have a hanger bracket to suit the OEM JDM 4~1 header which the new header would replace.
If youy get stuck & end up with a 98 Spec header,
Contact Yonas @ JDM Yard as he usually has the bracket to sort it out in stock.

In all cases you will have issues with the AUDM cat flange as the JDM is larger.
