Rebuild Rear ITR calipers

Has anyone perform rebuilding rear DC2R calipers? If you have can you write a short DIY. And does anyone know the parts numbers for the seals and etc

not quite dc2r caliper specific but i think this guide should suffice
can't help with the part numbers though

its pretty darn Close to what my friend did while i watched.. except the Tyson trick would have been REALLY handy at the time i helped with =P
