    Motul FF-LSD is designed for cars with transaxles with a clutch style LSD, so it is not really necessary for Type R's with the stock LSD.

      HONDA MTF PLUS is the old version.
      The new Version is MTF06. their very different in colour.

          Got my brakes and manual transmission fluid changed today.

          Change the fluid to Honda MTF 06. Seems to make the shift a lot better straight off the bat without needing the gearbox to warm up. So far so good

          I will have a better idea tomorrow morning

            Its lovley until you hit 5-6k then change

              How often do you guys change MTF? the honda manual says only every 80,000!

                I do mine every 2nd oil change.
