    LSD Thread!!! (Not the drug)

Im very confused on the different versions of LSD's you can buy for the DC5.

I don't know the difference between them and would like to know which one would suit the different needs of our (FFD/FWD) drivers better.

So could the 1 way, 1.5 and 2 way be explained.

    Thanks

thats helps but still doesnt explain, what would be better for a 90% street car.
so what would be less cluncky and still suitable for the track.

1 way is good for street....1.5 way is the one for track.....2 ways is not really for FF cars...

1-way, 1.5-way, 2-way only applies to plate type LSD

For mostly street use consider the Quaife or even Honda OEM Torsen LSDs
they are a fit and forget type, with lifetime warranty.

Plate type LSD require a bit more maintenance, and can be a little clunky at low speed.
Depends on the design. I've been in a car with Kaaz LSD, and they are clunky as hell but a Spoon LSD is quiet most times, you wont know its there unless you're making a really tight low speed turn.

having said that, I use a Quaife myself.
