Hey guys i know this thread is pretty much dead but i found a video that sounds like my engine exactly.

The only difference is that mine only makes the noise when i get to about 3000rpm & over and seems to stop once VTEC kicks in.
Would it be safe to say that if i replace my LMA's that the noise will stop.

Sorry to bring this up again but im about to start driving again next week and thought i would like to get this problem fixed before i start driving.

the issues is that you might only have one damaged LMA making the noise...

get it diagnosed so you know how many LMA's you need to replace (if any).

i also have this noise i think at low rpms.. cant hear it anymore at higher rpms or vtec but that might just be my cai =S
