has any of you guys made these for your car? i have been advised to make some to help with brake cooling..any piccies / explanation would be much appreciated, esp for dc2r. thnx

there are those orange pippings u can buy which are high temperture proof. That should do the trick
pads after 6 laps at WP yesterday. Should be able to draw it it from space between radiator and front bar. I've removed AC from my car.

mm yes well ive cracked my zeal streight6 rotors even though i always do cooldown laps so similarly i need to get more cool air to the brakes..
piccies anyone of some good setups? as i hear i will need to cut the plastic inner guard thingy and i would be more comfortable doing this not being the 'test guinea pig'.

ur cai im guessing is Injen? I am not completely aware of how the injen set up is. Does it block the air for the brake ducts?
