k&n pod in a ep3

Hey guys. Just a "noob" question hehe Would i notice a difference with my ep3 if i install a k&n pod ? or what would u guys reckon would b the best mods to get if im going to be upgrading my intake ??

Im thinking about upgrading my intake then later on when i get some money together ill get a good exhaust system.

i wouldnt bother with just putting a pod. ull ge mass vtec noise but all it will be is noise. if anything it will make u lose power due to heatsoak.

I second this. It would be unwise to just have a filter sucking in hot air from the engine bay. Get a gruppe m and then you have a k and n filter enclosed in a nice CFRP box with a cold air feed .

On a dyno day earlier this year my dc5 with gruppe m and exhaust made nearly identical power to a friends car with injen CAI and exhaust.

Injen is waaay cheaper though.
