used it in my dc5 for the last 40k kms. engine felt smoother than the other stuff i used previously (mobil 1 synth, castrol R) and i seemed to get a bit more from a full tank of fuel.

Redline might be overkill for the street though if you are not tracking? Perhaps using a quality semi synthetic, changed regularly, from a respected brand, such as Motul, might be more suitable. Be sure to use the correct viscosity for your car which should be either a 10W-30 or 10W-40 depending on the climate where you are.

Here is that site that tinkerbell mentioned to get redline and other top shelf oils for reasonable prices: http://www.performancelub.com/index.htm

I have not bought from that site before but wlee2 on this forums has and I think he was happy with the service.
yeh tom.. i get from that guy

hes increased his prices lately =(...

            i use Castrol Syntec 5w50...
ill be continuing to use this oil over whhat i use to use Royal purple 20w50 (looked like jelly mm yum)...

Redline 5W30 is what the guys from Redline suggested I use in hot Australia and thats what I use. My JDM DC2R is rev limited at 9500 rpm and my JDM DC5R 9250 rpm. I regularly put the techo needle past the end of the numbers on the tacho (9000) in the DC5R.
