    hi all,

its stock at the moment. future mods only include bolt on mods. so no internal work.

I use OWS...are you referring to the brand or the vicosity grade?

I think in terms of brand, it pretty much comes down to personal preference and you should be changing your oil at regular intervals anyways so it shouldn't matter

if brand isnt so important. what viscocity rating sould i be running?
is the honda oil good enough for my use or what sould i be using?

All Hondas are pretty much the same.
If you dont track often, any sort of 10w-30 engine oil should be fine provided it aint burning oil already.

I use 10w-40 oil. Motul 4100 (the cheapest Motul 10w-40) is the one I use, costs $36 from Autobarn with Entertainment Book voucher.

Mine is 10w40...I don't track the car but I prefer to use it over 10w30...

My oil is changed every 5000kms

i use honda feo 10w-30. it is fine for daily driving and occasional track days. on BMi, mr. ichishima from spoon suggest to use honda oil for applications ranging up to track days a few times a year.
anything synthetic, 5w to 10w - 30 to 40 would be fine, brand is up to personal preference, though it seems Mobil1, Motul and Castrol seem to be quite popular.
main thing is to change oil regularly, i change mine every 5000kms.
