Replacing stock DC2R ADM seats with JDM?

Does anyone see any problems with replacing the stock Recaros with ones that I can get from a JDM import?

It might work out cheaper than getting the stock ones retrimmed is why I am considering it.

Has anyone had any issues going down this route?

(mods feel free to shift this to a more appropriate section if you don't regard this as a tech question).

Honda DC2R Integra

If I change the nut behind the wheel then my sloppy lines improve and I can get some consistency to sort out my iffy handling, my worrying lack of braking ability goes away, after that I can start fretting about my suspicious lack of straight line grunt.

They're identical so there shouldn't be any problem.
