question about bride seats

hey all,

just got a question. if say i wanted to buy a bride seat thats 2nd hand and its off a integra but i wanted to fit it to a s15. is the actual seat different for specific cars? i know i have to get the correct rails for my car and fit that seat but is the actual seat different for different cars?

you would think its not otherwise they would have to make alot of different versions. but i still needed to ask to confirm
