Are you trying to make a flick key with your key?
I think there is a guide on clubrsx where people have this setup as their key.

          Flick key ftw.

But it looks like lots of work needs to be done.

I tried honda parts and this is the service i Get. "F*#kn Spastics I want a housing":

This key is not available for the following reasons:

Its for the Japanese/European domestic market only
2002-2005 Integra Type uses a external cut key, the key pictured
                below
is a internal cut ( it would be like trying to fit a square peg in a
                round whole)
The 2002-2005 Integra runs a totally different code compared to the
pic of the key below ( one is fixed and the other is a rolling
                code......not interchange able)
2002-2005 Integra Type uses none remote key ( a separate fob is
                supplied
that operates the keyless entry and alarm unlike the one below which
                is
                all in one)

In closing anything is possible, the customer would need to change the
following to make this key work: all door barrels, ignition lock and
barrel, immobilizer control unit and ECU..............would be looking
around $5500 plus labour charge to make this key work!!

Doesn't the S15 key have an Immobilizer in the key?. Making a new key useless.
All the hondas now have been coming out with the immobilizer as standard even the base model jazz

Maybe you can help me with your parts manual.
I need a part number for the Key Housing for a JDM DC5R it should be the same for the civic's.
if you look at this thread for more info on my question http://forum.clubitr.com.au/showthread.php?t=2106

                              Thanks Evatec
This is a little tricky reading the parts manual for this item as my Japanese is a little ordinary at times.

Firstly, the picture and parts manual indicate that the item you have displayed is simply a plastic cover for one side of the key. No guarantees, but the part number for the plastic cover is 35114-SDA-T01 (JDM DC5R). The parts manual only lists the one cover. The other side cover appears to come with the rest of the key with built in immobiliser and is fairly expensive. If you would like pricing out of Japan, let me know.

The JDM FD2R Civic has a different part number for the above part.
