Hi, just wondering why do rotors get rusted and also how to fix that?

if you left ur car overnite for a day or 2 and it rain during those time...it will get rusted......coz it made by steel.......but once you drive off.....it will be fine......no problem with that.....its normal....Mugen Whore #2

rotors are cast iron. mine always rust.Comment

its common. go out for a drive and your rotors will be shiny again. don't even have to brake hard.
it happens too when you give your car a wash and let it dry in the sun, you will instantly get rust in about 10mins or so
