    Softer spring's for coilovers?

Have a set of Tein HA's in my car which are great for corners but not bumps. I am wondering is it possible to get softer springs for these coilovers?
I have no idea what spring rate would be best for rough country roads and still be slightly firm, any ideas?
    Many thanks

Yeah you can get softer springs for them.
Do you have any idea what your spring rates are now?

whiteline makes XRD race coils, in 61mm or 64mm internal sizes,

      i assume many spring rates,

      would suggest between 5kg/mm-7kg/mm rates

whiteline should be able to advise of "tender springs" might assist your situation...

Eibach also make a full range of coilover racing springs, there is a catalogue in this link somewhere. http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.exe...10452500013347

5 and 7 is the range... and yes, 5 fr and 7rr might be OK?

5 front and 7 rear is close to stock...

i find 7 front and 9 rear quite comfy, maybe adjust your damper settings?

um, i am not good at math (so pls correct me) but going from a 7k to a 9k spring = 30% increase

                  and from 5k to 7k = 40% increase...

but springs dont behave that way anyways...

but YES it is a very big difference.

i recently changed from 8kfr/6krr to 12kfr/8krr and it was heaps firmer...

helped heaps on a smooth race track, sucks hard on any normal road...
