i think what u trying to say is that +ve = toe in and -ve = toe out.
and yes u need some toe in (+) at the rear for rear-stability esp during cornering and braking. front toe should be zero (factory) or negative (toe out)if u like sharper turn-in response, at the cost of tyre wear and more tramlining etc.
