help ! replacement cat for dc2r with audm exhaust system

Ey guys,
so im planning to sell my dc2r soon and my cat has started to rattle so im in need of finding a replacement one. i was wondering if a jdm cat would fit with audm headers + audm catback. if not what alternative measures can i take that is relatively cheap inorder to just replace the cat only.

Jdm cat is longer. It's pretty easy to cut your cat back shorter and weld a flange to suit the longer Jdm cat.

Actually the JDM cat is shorter, therefore it will not fit on the AUDM exhaust set up.
