like title says im sorta stuck here i have a B18C in my ek1 civic
when the engine is cold ill start it and it will idle at 2000+rpm
even when temp gauge shows its at operating temp..
vtec wont work either..
BUT!!
when its at normal operating temp ill turn the car off and start it again idles normally and vtec works...
i recently got a 2nd hand IACV put that on and the engine idled at 1500rpm and when you rev it will drop down to 200rpm and slowly go back up to 1500
any help would be much appreciated
