EG engine swap

Hey guys,

Just recently, I sold my friend a '92' Honda civic with a twin carburetor engine. Now, he want switch his twin carburetor engine to an injected engine, so my question is, would he need a engineering certificate if he does this switch????

Depending on what state you are located in, will determin this, but usually no. I think for NSW the % increase of displacement is the main factor
