JDM DC5 Brembo vs FD2 Brembo

Straight to the point, are they same?
I know 1 mounted at the back of axle, the other 1 mounted at the front.
Is any chance FD2 item can be used on DC5? I found couple of websites mention about it, but none of them give any solid detail.

They are pretty much the same specs but as pointed out, they are just mounted in different places. The FD2 Brembos also run on a 320 mm rotor whereas the DC5 Brembos run on a 300 mm rotor.
