Hey guys I have a bit of a problem with my dc2r, about a month ago I recieved my car back from the panel beaters (front end accident). After recieving my car back I had realised it heaps up quite quickly, soon after I realised the radiator fan was not turning on. So I checked to see if the a/c fan would turn on and bam both fans turn on when a/c is run. Also if I run the heater with a/c on for 5-10 minutes the temperature almost sits on nothing. Could this be a thermostat problem or have the panel beaters done something terribly wrong with the wiring?

a common problem after front end repairs..
next day I hit a traffic jam on F3 at Hawkesbury River and ground to a halt... 5 mins in at crawling pace, engine light comes on and i shit bricks and pullover, whip out the laptop and pull the code via Hondata...
'engine overheating'
i was spewing as i was sure i had bled every bubble out - then it twigged - i forgot to plug the radiator fan back in!!!
very easy to forget,
OP - it is a two pin plug on the divers side at the front near the airbox - grey plug with usually a blue and black wire...
check this... retired/

I'm assuming you're going off the stock water temp gauge? If so, it shouldn't move at all once you hit temp. If it starts moving, your water temps are just over 120deg and you should stop ASAP.
I dunno if its just me, but what exactly is the problem? (Please excuse me if i'm asking a dumb question) The car not heating up as quick as before? Cause it doesn't seem like your having overheating issues if the water temp at half way.
