DC2 bonnet

Hey guys my bonnet has been panel heated from the previous owner and it sticks up a bit I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion to fix it ? ImageUploadedByMotorculture1371279206.231377.jpg

Get a plank of wood and put it on its side on the radiator support on the affected side of the car and bang it down with a mallet, but do put a cloth on the radiator support to prevent scratches
