DC2 B18C2 engine blowing smoke... Need Help!

hello , i have a dc2 integra with a a b18c2 vtir, it has 103 000 km on the odo . Have owned the car a few months and it seems to be losing alot of oil and blowing smoke , at first it was just blowing blue smoke when i was reving it hard but now it is pretty much blowing smoke all the time blue and black smoke. There is even black smog on my paint around exhaust area . Previous owner said that He changed stem seals and belts at 98 000 km , have done a compression test and i got 185,183, 180, 190 on each cylinder (1234 respectively). Trying to find some help on what i should do and where i should be looking for the problem, has anyone had experiance with this issue with a b18 c2? do I need to pull down the head and do rings and pistons ?, please offer me some advice!

Really dont want to spend lots to take it to a pro and get it fixed, would like to do it at home.

Previous owner said that He changed stem seals

so this seems like it masked the problem with the valve guides long enough for him to on-sell his problem? so might not be t he rings at all... you need a Pro to do a 'leak-down test' for you...

rebuilt head is around 750 and DIY R&R install will be around 400 with all proper parts, so around 1k total DIY

maybe buy a new B18C long block and swap that over? or get a full Type R front cut to slot in?

so a leakdown test is the ideal way to find out exactly where the problem is? and a type r front cut and slot it in? i am not sure what you mean.. i This is my first car and still learning ha ha
