    DC2R Bushes

I have done a little research on replacing the suspension bushes but there isnt much info out there.

I get the feeling that the car needs a refresh as its done 217,000km

i have heard energy bushes are not so good due to squeaking and that hardrace have lots of happy customers but oem would be tempting too. Does anyone have any more info? i cant really find much on this, nengun doesnt have anything on this really.

plus installation seems like a royal pain in the @ss as i have heard of people having real trouble getting the old ones out and the new ones in.. people using torches, saws and freezers lol.. plus needs a torque wrench.. is it really that hard and what would a ball-park figure be for a mechanic to do it?

also does anyone have an experience using aluminium control arms?

Hope someone here has some experience with this

get the graphite ES bushes - mine dont squeak...

you just need a 10 ton press.

I have a lot of my suspension bushes replaced with Energy Suspension (in red of course) and mine also don't squeak.
