Help with DC5/EP3 front camber bolt.

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time understanding what the bottom tab is for these front camber bolts.

I do understand that the tab currently on the bolt, has to face towards the suspension to gain negative camber.

So my question is where does that bottom tab go?

P.S, if anyone has experience in installing these camber bolts and would be willing to help me put these on, would be greatly appreciated!

Still haven't found out what that extra washer is for, but I pretty much went ahead and installed the bolts without it. So far so good.

I didn't use a tab because never came with one, no issues at all. Only important thing is that it goes in the right way ...
