Installation of Type R skirts and rear pods

hey guys so i recently order a pair of type r skirts and rear pods for my dc2. not OEM cuz they are really rare and cost a bomb for poor condition 2nd hand ones. does anyone know much about them?

are they straight bolt ons to the original side skirts and rear bar? or modifications are needed? just some links to show the parts that i bought.

    side skirts:

    rear pods:

if anyone can shed some light on this it would be awesome (:

btw - i reckon i saved about 3kg by downgrading from the option skirts to standard ones... (for anyone interested in that sort of specs) the rear pods i only saved ~1kg...

The rear pod needs screws and glue. Id use clear silcone!

thanks! im sure dedy will know what to do :P

btw i know this is off topic but i dont wanna start another thread to ask a dumb question. is bending the ends of a front bumper for delivery bad for the integrity of the bumper? i was planning on buying a front bar and it has to be bent to fit the packaging because its oversized. is that bad in anyway?

Depends on how long. I wouldn't. As when u bend plastic it will want to hold the shape. And trying to bend it back never really works!

If it's PU it should be OK. Just leave it out in the sun and you can re-shape it - mount it, hose it down with cold water and it'll pretty much hold that shape again.
