You could wrap the exhaust in exhaust heat wrap! But to me that looks like a custom exhaust! just get it fixed!

hmmm its byp titanium exhaust. umm dont think i can fix it because its titanium =/ so should i just exhaust heat wrap the where the swaybar sit only? or the whole system? haha i also get some rattles on wet road. mayb should get some hard bushings

On my sway bar is there is some form of silicone rubber material (I'm not 100%, just feels and looks like it). My exhaust guys also heated the hangers abit and raise the height up slightly.

thanks for the reply norman, but the rubbing occurs at the side of the exhaust not the bottom as u can see in the picture =/

it will be great to know what material u used to wrap ur exhaust tho =]

just wondering can the swaybar melt? D:

i use sikaflex on my rsb cos my twinloop sometimes hit the swaybar on bumps.

I'd try bending the hangers first to try to get more clearance. It should be something you can do yourself if they are spindly hollow titanium.

The exhaust was design for OEM swaybar. As what ChargeR said the hangers are hollow, so you can bend them slightly to give it more clearence. Or disassemble the rear muffler part and realign the rear section and bolt it up tight.

However this same exhaust system cleared the same swaybar (cusco) on a dc5s.

i ended up wrapping the swaybar with radiator hose, no more rattles but mayb little vibrations. (rubber now touching exhaust). shouldnt be any problem with that right? xD
