Okay so a Type S is the equivalent of an Australian base model?

And yes looking to get an aftermarket 2.5" system

What benefit would it b to you to change to an base rsx exhaust??

Would have thought u would go for a type s exhaust with a jdm/audm if u just wanted to free it up a little.

These parts are not very expensive to buy as type s/r owners upgrade there systems.

^I mentioned earlier that I want an aftermarket 2.5" system, preferably stainless.

Dnapol has a Type R though mate so it would be different. Were you thinking of upgrading your headers as well, could kill two birds with one stone here, then it wouldn't matter which one you got
