I've got a base model DC5 and the previous owner replaced the interior seats with the leather ones (either from the luxury or Type S). As they're not wired up I assume you could remove them and sell them? Is there a guide to removing them and is it worth the hassle?

Are you wanting to remove the seats or the airbag units in the seats?

Don't think it would be worth the hassle mate. I think you'd have trouble selling them, you never know though. Would be better off selling the leather seats and buying some different seats, SR4's or something unless you like the leather of course. I personally don't like the leather and would prefer Recaros but the issues that can arise with the side airbags in the Type S isn't worth the hassle/gamble either. If you want to make some money, buy and sell or trade for a pair of base model seats.
