Help Toe problem!!

Hey all

Well got my car aligned a few days ago, the mechanic said that my rear driverside was running 1.5 of toe and my toe bolt adjuster had seized. He reckons it something to do with the rear lca but thought I'll get some input from the itr community before I start spending big money on something that I might not need. my car is a dc5r btw

My question is how can I adjust it back to 0 toe? I tried wd40 but only got it to slightly move

Replace the adjusting bolt and the two nuts. Or just take the bolt out (this will probably take a fair bit or persuasion if it's seized in there) and clean it and reinstall.
