    clutch pedal playing up

    Hey guys,

    Tonight my clutch pedal seems to be playing up meaning it doesnt spring all the way up randomly any thoughts on what the problem could be clutch cylinder seal? It's a ep3 btw.

    Sounds like its the clutch master cylinder. Had one fail on my GSi years ago.

          My dc2 master cylinder went earlier this year, turned the fluid a dirty gray colour too. It was cheap to replace, genuine honda master cylinder was ~$80 from a dealership in Brisbane.

            dunno what these other guys are going on about, it is definitly the clutch master cylinder...

              ANyone know if EP3's master cylinder is the same as dc5r's?

                my ep3 had tgat problem too, went to a mechanic got genuine part fixed now its heaps good.
