    Crankcase Filters

    Ok so you see this going around.. What you guys think.. Good mod. Bad mod.. Other then the defect wat good and bad points are there.. Thanks guys..

        I'm quite indifferent towards them. I don't see them making and a justifiable amount of benefit towards the engine power/economy.

          Whys it in the wrong section??? its tec qu. Well ive been readin up on this and looping the coolent feed away from the intake manifold for cooling intake temps

            Yes, You do get hot air back into the intake. Also, the air that is fed back into the intake is generally contaminated with particles of oil as well.

              Yer scrap this.. so the diagram in the manual page 11-140 .. Still question on by passing the coolent though

                Start a new thread if you want to discuss bypassing coolant flow to the throttle body.

                Is your original question about putting a filter on the B series valve cover vent? Or on the PCV vent on the back of the block on a B series? Both are a bad idea and will probably render your car unroadworthy. You cannot vent crankcase vapours to the atmosphere if that is not how the system was originally configured.

                Your original post needs more details, have you read the new technical rules?

                  I was planing to do it at the crank case. But after seeing the diagram it would have to go after the PCV valve.. Any ways
