Camshaft pulleys

As said above looking into cam shaft pulleys.. Toda in particular.. Will this be a good upgrade for the B18c7..

With the install and tune would i be looking at any gains..
Or could i just tune Oem Cams..

Thinking a noob question.. Search the net with no success!

Someone with more B series knowledge will hopefully chime in (tinkerbell, Toda) but I would not bother, the gains from adjusting your cam timing on OEM cams will be minimal compared to the significant cost of purchase, install, and the multiple dyno runs needed to adjust them. Wait until you get aftermarket cams and install the cam gears then.
