but it is hard to tell exactly how much, because we are all comparing brand new tyres to the tyres that were last on the car (which is a set of clapped-out old tyres)
I nearly bought Z1's when the AUD was at 96c. They are a steal at $86 each for 195/55/15! Tirerack did a test and it beat the awesome RE01R's.
Yeap. I hated my T1R's. Soft sidewalls and they weren't progressive. Found them abit lacking for grip as well.

hey tinks, thanks for the reply. I have no idea how much tyres cost. I'm just after something that is non directional so I can rotate it any which way. the RE001's non directional?
they look like they are going to cost me around 200 which i think is quite fair. I don't drive the car at all. I'm only here for 3 months of the year.
Bridgestone Adrenalin RE001
205/55/15
Bridgestone Parramatta
$168 each
So far so good. Little noisy but offers a much smoother ride than my old tyres (Falken semi's came with the car and were all cracked =P)
Drove it around a bend at 100 but i could smell the tyres after i had to stop at a light...

Any reason why you got 205/55/15? what car?
205/50/15 would've been substantially cheaper!
