    DC5R with T1R header/exhaust

anyone heard much about the t1r headers? been doing a search everywhere can't seem to find much about the headers.. Heard good things about the exhaust though.

Just a quick question. If i was planning to go I/H/E, what piping diameter would net the most gains for my exhaust? Of course with a kpro tune afterwards.

nevermind, found some info on the t1r headers.. apparently not very impressive in terms of power gains at all.. best bang for buck header out there = kiddracing?

What's the most ideal pipe diameter for an exhaust for the dc5r?

US tends to like bigger is better i.e 3'...

But we've tuned a few DC5R (k20a) and EP3 (k24) both running 2.5' and seems sufficient. The k24 was making 150kw atw stock internals .

Bigger the exhaust the louder it is also, keep that in mind.

Would 60mm suffice? Provided id just be going for an I/H/E setup with a tune? And possibly IM or TB

If that's all you planning with the car then 60mm will be enough.
