    Gauge brands

    Hey guys,
Im look at installing electric oil temp, pressure gauges.. i was wanting to use speco.. but the guy at auto barn said there crap.. I always thought they good.. Any ways i was hoping not to pay say more then $70 a gauge.. But no point wasting time, money if there just crap.. Do you guys have any input on speco or other good gauge brands sorta in this range.. I want electric as i don't want oil lines running in my car.. Will be running through a sandwich oil filter plate.. Thanks guys

Note car's a Dc2R and want 52 mm gauges to fit the cluster i brought

      ^ what he said

When you think about some of the things the gauges monitor, you'd want something accurate.

the only 'budget' gauges id go for personally are Autometer. But these are still around 150-200 per guage.

IMO put quality gauges in a quality car.... if you want accurate readings... pay the money!

I use cheap ones - they do the job - but I have to agree one of them started to lose some light lol - so if you want good quality spend more than $100 and if you are a cheapo
you can invest with Speco or Type R lol
